Our Villa is set only 2 km from the motorway and 17km from the most beautiful coastline town Rovinj and yet in a quiet area in the village of Kanfanar. A completely renovated old country house villa is ideal for couples looking for a quiet and tranquil stay outside the busy tourist coastline streets. Villa is spread over 3 levels as well as the outside lounge area with a pool. In the villa ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table. 1st floor is intended as a sleeping area – divided into 2 rooms. Master bedroom with king-size bed and the second one intended for smaller children. The last floor is with the high sealing rooftop completed with rooftop windows equipped with rain sensors. On the last floor is the dining area and the bathroom with a shower.

Floors in the dining area and sleeping rooms are covered with top-quality oak parquet. The kitchen and bathroom areas are covered with high-quality tiles.
All floors are equipped with AC. Linen and towels and beach towels were provided. WiFi is provided.

Parking is available on the back side of the villa.
